Please call, e-mail us, or submit a "Contact Us" form (see below) to set up an appointment to pick up old media, to sign up to broadcast your show on FOS.TV, to sign up for training classes, or to reserve studio time.  To drop off new media, you can drop your media and required paperwork in the drop box labeled "Freedom of Speech TV Media Drop" located in front of our offices. Cick here to print the required indemnification form.  This form needs to accompany any and all submitted media.  If you have any questions regarding what formats we take video in, please see the FAQ Page.
